To ensure a smooth returns process, please review the following conditions:
- We can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original packaging, including all shrink wrapping and pallet straps, as received.
- Refunds will be issued minus the original delivery cost to your property.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- All return arrangements must be organised by the customer.

Quality assurance
When placing your order, it is recommended in our industry to include an additional 10% to accommodate cutting, wastage, and potential breakages. Within the stone industry, a damage tolerance of up to 10% is considered acceptable and does not qualify for replacement or refund. This will also allow for cuts and waste when installing.
Due to the nature of the installation process, slabs will need to be cut to fit around features such as drains, edges, and corners. This will inevitably result in some material wastage. To ensure sufficient coverage, we strongly advise ordering an extra 10% to account for these factors, as well as any on-site handling or installation considerations.
